  1. While it can be difficult, do your best to limit foods with saturated fat, added sugars, salt and alcohol. Can you order a healthier option (eg grilled rather than fried) next time you have takeaway?
  2. Increase your intake of vegetables and carbohydrates made of whole grains to keep you full for longer. Try packing some carrot sticks and hummus to snack on at work.
  3. Aim for at least 30-60 minutes of exercise on most days of the week. Can you try getting off a few stops earlier from your bus and walking the rest of the way home?
