Jasper’s versatility as a musician and experience coming from playing in rock bands, big bands, trios and orchestras, has landed him roles performing alongside some of Perth’s biggest jazz names such as Simon Styles in the Simmering Big Band, as well as regularly being approached by the Midland Symphony Orchestra.

Rosie Dagless
Rosie is a talented vocalist and pianist who has had a love of music for as long as she can remember. Playing violin since she was 8, she taught herself piano to better accompany herself as her love of singing grew. With a passion for singing, dancing and acting, she honed her stage skills in countless musical theatre productions from the age of five, including being cast in productions of We Will Rock You and Jesus Christ Superstar.
After completing ATAR Music (Jazz) and Cert III Music, Rosie is now in her second year of Bachelor of Music at WAAPA, studying contemporary music (vocals).
Rosie has worked as a solo performer both independently and as a support act for larger concerts. On keys and vocals, she has enjoyed being a member of different indie-pop bands in Perth and is currently part of Mia June and Island of Eyes, supporting Australian and international bands.

She lives for the stage, performing and playing keys live at local venues, private gatherings and one day dreams of performing to a stadium of people. At just 19 years of age, she has put on her own shows at venues such as the Ellington Jazz Club and the Quarry Amphitheatre, performing covers from her favourite artists as well as original music. Maya is also proud to be a student of WAAPA’s bachelor of contemporary music course, currently completing her second year there. Taking inspiration from musicians such as Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, Yebba and Madison Beer, Maya’s virtuosity and authenticity can be heard within anything she sings.

Zane Andrews
Zane Andrews is a talented and driven musician looking to spark change and thought within society through his music and lyrics. The young singer-songwriter talks about a wide variety of topics from unfair workplaces to disabled rights and does so across a plethora of genres including punk, alternative rock, folk, new wave and jazz/ contemporary fusion. He has played all around Western Australia at venues such as The Crown Theatre, Curtin Theatre and Mojo’s Bar just to name a few. Zane is also studying at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) where he is halfway through his second year of the Contemporary Music bachelor course. Zane’s music is heavily influenced by bands such as The Smiths, The Cure, Gang of Youths, The Strokes and Joy Division. When he isn’t out playing music, he’s usually watching local gigs, moulding clay or writing anything he thinks of in his lyric journal.

Katie Dobson
Geordie singer-songwriter, Katie Dobson pays homage to her love for folk
music and literature, writing music that offers the warm familiarity of home. She
finds inspiration in the intricate details of life and uses her music to shows this.
In her second year studying the Bachelor of Contemporary Performance at the
Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), she is currently
developing her artistry and beginning the journey that will set her up for an
aspirational career. She has performed at a variety of venues, ranging from
stripped back gigs at Mayland’s Golf Course, to bigger gigs at The Crown and
The Elford. She is currently in the process of creating her debut album ‘The
Words Within the Pages’ and continues to strive to be the artist she’s always
dreamed of being.
