Mama mia, STAMPA! is bringing an authentic Italian flare to the recently reopened Print Hall precinct, filling the timeless heritage building halls with warm aromatics from old Italy.

Championed by Print Hall’s new Executive Chef, Luca Minetti from Alba (Italy) and STAMPA!’s Head Chef Paolo del Monte from Bergamo (Italy), these two Italian power houses are bringing a lifetime of international experience to the table at the precincts’ newest dining experience.

Paolo Del Monte will be running the STAMPA! kitchen as Head Chef, with an impressive 24 years of international experience under his belt. As Chef de Partie at two-Michelin star restaurant, Caino, in Montemerano, and London’s two-Rosette awarded Thistle Hotel, Del Monte’s culinary skills are exquisitely refined and set to deliver a taste of Italy never before seen in Perth. Del Monte’s impressive resume also includes working as the Head Chef of Canteen Pizza in Cottesloe, Davvero Restaurant in Perth and the Imperial Pub in Sydney, among others.
