NAIDOC Week | Celebrating an infusion of flavour in the lane

Join us as we gather for a week of celebration this NAIDOC week with our food and beverage venues.

This year, we’ve teamed up with proud Wardandi Bibbulmun woman, Dale Tilbrook, as she journeyed with our food and beverage venues on a culinary exploration learning about native herbs and spices and the best uses for each. Through a collaborative session with the team at W Churchill and Print Hall, Dale shared her knowledge to help guide our culinary masterminds in the creation of this years specialised menu items.
