Simply pop into your favourite Brookfield Place venue to try one of the intriguing libations created in celebration of Cocktail Chronicle’s, or be immersed in the magic and commence your self-guided cocktail adventure by journeying through the laneway and exploring a festival of unique palate pleasers…
World Cocktail Day was marked by the first publication date of a cocktail definition by the New York Tabloid The Balance and Columbian Repository on 13 May 1906 “a stimulating liquor, composed of spirits of any kind, sugar, water and bitters”.
